Best Food Forward knows the proper approach for handling and processing your shearling, leather or suede garment. It is not unusual for us to spend several hours per garment. We pride ourselves on many years of experience on the most expensive garments in the fashion industry.

Leathers
All leathers will be cleaned, refinished and/or redyed and glossed, leaving skins soft and supple. Leather Care Tips.

Suedes
Cleaned in oils and fats or water-washed on multi-colored pig suede without shrinkage. Skins are recolored and reshaped, pressed and brushed.

Best Food Forward will not gamble on your valued garment. We will always call and review your garment with you, letting you know what to expect before we clean, not after the fact. That is where our work stands apart from all the rest.

We also do all kinds of custom alterations and repairs: linings, zippers, shorten/lengthen sleeves, change and match damaged skins exactly, snaps, buttons, cuffs, waistbands, monogramming.
